Dactyl

Dactyl, or what I like to yell “Wack-a-Mole on steriods”, is great, simple, fun. It takes ones full concentration to play, and can truly consume one. The object is to ‘diffuse’ bombs by tapping them. They keep popping up at random, and will detonate whether not tended to within about 2.5-3 seconds. Sounds easy right? At first, it is. But as day goes on, it gets harder and hard. I play with my two index fingers, my girlfriend, with her thumb. We have battles to see who can reach a score the other can not. I like the simplicity of the game, and that anyone can play it. I could teach my 6 yr old bro how to play that in less than a
minute. whether you are non-competitive, stay away! that game is for those who have to be the best!Graphics look good in that game. The animation that plays when it blows is similar to what one would find when a game of ‘Concentration’ is lost. There is even a sound that plays when a new bomb sprouts, in box ones finger is in the way of it. The only problem is a lack of a high score list. That is why I give that game a B+. High scores are a must, otherwise we have to resort to taking screenshots to prove our victories.
